About IPS Worldwide
IPS Worldwide began operation in 1988 when a group of employees from a former crane manufacturer combined their talents and established a small company called IPS. Their vision was to provide the crane industry with top quality replacement parts and services in a quick and efficient manner.
In December 2001, IPS Worldwide purchased the American and Ohio Locomotive assets of Ohio Industries. These assets consisted of inventory, patterns, and all intellectual property including engineering/manufacturing drawings, material specifications, crane records, and other information essential to the manufacture and supply of American and Ohio Locomotive Cranes, their service parts, and technical support. This purchase permitted IPS to become an OEM and provide a full line of products and services.
Our corporate headquarters and parts warehouse are located in St. Paul, Minnesota, our second sales office and warehouse are located in Bronson, Texas. These ideal central locations are great for all your shipping requirements. Their close proximity to our freight forwarders allows overseas shipments to ship with ease including everything from 40' chord angles to swing assemblies. We have contracts and access to most major trucking lines as well as air shipment capabilities via DHL, Fed Ex, and UPS. Your shipments can go prepaid directly to your customer or collect.

IPS maintains a well-stocked inventory of crane parts. However, should we have to order the part you need or specially manufacture it, you can be assured it will be done in a timely and efficient manner.
